eBossWatch was launched in June 2007 to help people avoid hostile and jerk-infested workplaces. Because it is extremely difficult during the job interview process to discover the true atmosphere at a potential employer and the true nature of a potential manager, eBossWatch is a critical resource for people who are considering a career change.
eBossWatch enables people to anonymously rate their current or former bosses using a respectable and focused evaluation form so that job-seekers can search for bosses at potential workplaces and can receive reports detailing the ratings that each boss has received.
eBossWatch also offers job-seekers the Jerk-Free Jobs site with job listings at certified excellent employers. Companies that have been certified by eBossWatch as great workplaces can post jobs to our site and can place the certification seal on their website homepages and career pages. This certification is issued following successful completion of the initial certification evaluation by eBossWatch staff.
